Jason Lewis stands by his 1998 commentary on farming

Recently, the Star Tribune uncovered past comments made by Jason Lewis, showcasing his complete lack of concern for Minnesota farmers. Farmers across Minnesota responded to his ignorant comments, confirming yet again that Jason Lewis is out of touch with rural Minnesota. On Tuesday, in a Farmfest debate with Sen. Tina Smith, he solidified his stance on rolling back financial support for farmers, voting against broadband expansion, and important agricultural research. This week, we are encouraging our allies to extend their support for Sen. Tina Smith for her consistent consideration of rural Minnesota communities and her efforts to better serve the farming industry.
